Love the power output.
Total capacity is great, especially for the price. Power output is awesome!. Quality seems good. User interface is super simple, but that's ok.

A power bank that maintains HIGH VOLTAGE with dual simultaneous outputs
I've been searching quite awhile for a compact power bank that can sustain power for two devices that both require 12V (one is a guided telescope mount and the other is a mini-PC for astrophotography). I have tried several, but despite their claimed wattage for 2 outputs being sufficient, I discovered that most power banks will drop the voltage down to 5V when you connect more than one device. So I was very happy to finally find that this CUKTECH 15 is able to maintain high voltages with both USB-C ports connected. As shown in my picture, I'm getting 20V from OUT1 and 12V from OUT2.My second image shows a screenshot from the CUKTECH website which showed me that it could do at least 12V across both OUT1 and OUT2 connected. Even though the telescope mount doesn't draw much actual power (so the wattage requirement isn't too high), it fails to operate at 5V, and thus would fail to work on those other power banks that advertised being able to do 20W on the second output, but would operate at 5V/4A rather than say 12V/1.65A.Be aware that the "newer" model of this power bank (still called the CUKTECH 15) which has an 85W max output, is UNABLE to sustain 12V when both USB-C ports are being used simultaneously. Only this model can accomplish this.

Heaviness
So one thing I don’t like about the power bank is the fact that it’s heavy Quality is good and it’s not that expensive at all unpacking was easy but the thing is you won’t get as a travel bag

A beast
This thing is impressive. Powers my Dell XPS laptop no problem, while also having enough energy left to fully charge my Pixel phone. Has quick charge capacity & also a regular USB port for accessories. It's a bit bulky but a small sacrifice for all that power to go. The LED display showing the remaining charge is also a helpful feature, as is the quick charge input using the same USB-C port for quick charging/power delivery output.

Im really mad about it returning right away
I'm very upset, I was delighted with the 10,000 battery so I decided to buy the 20k one and I don't understand why if I bought it new, not used, it came to me in a plastic bag, plus it has scratches. Seriously, it's disrespectful to do that. And despite all that, I decided to just keep it if everything was okay, but I put it to charge and it gets really hot. I unplugged it for safety reasons. It got so hot that it burned to the touch. Idk why amazon dosent let me upload pictures from my gallery
