The RLC-810WA outdoor camera supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi. You can connect to the pairing by configuring the WiFi information, or you can plug it directly into the LAN port of the network cable.

1. Install the camera correctly. 2. Reboot the camera. 3. Change other compatible power supply devices to see if it helps.

Reolink Camera Wi-Fi Disconnected?

1.Use the original power adapter. 2.Check if antennas are correctly installed and tightly screwed in. 3.Move the camera closer to the router, or use a signal amplifier. 4.Update to the latest firmware version. 5.Reboot the camera and router.

Camera Not Focusing Properly?

1. Please manually adjust the focus or zoom on the mobile app or client to see whether the image will focus and become clear. 2. Please check whether there is any condensation/ water /fog inside the camera lens. 3. Please exchange another place.

How To Connect Camera With Reolink App?

1. Scan the QR on the camera via Reolink APP 2. Configure the Wi-Fi settings on your phone. 3. Scan the QR on the app with the camera lens (20 cm/8 inches). 4. You can visit your camera after you hear a voice prompt that says succeed.
