Very sober and addictive taste. Tastes good but not as healthy for adults. Approx 90KCal for 4.5 grams of protein is not good economy for those really concerned.Editing and reducing two stars. They have doubled the MRP 😂😂

Images of the product says plant protein, no whey but the ingredients state milk solids and ghee. This is completely misleading
