OUTSTANDING CONFORT! FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I bought another one of Gabrylly's best-selling chair last year and found it to be pretty decent. I recently wanted something more aesthetic to fit the vibe of my room and bought another chair from amazon only to be gravely disappointed. I found myself really missing the Gabrylly chair and finally realizing how comfortable it was for the price, so I decided to try this one since it seems to be better for shorter people (i'm 5'4") and is a little cheaper.Unfortunately the arms sit way too high for me and the headrest is not really adjustable (only in height). The arms also don't go far enough back and digs into the side of my arms. I like the ability to tilt backward, but the locking mechanism only locks in certain positions (upright and like wayy back). The second locking position is too low for me and I probably won't really ever lock it that low unless if I was just chilling watching shows.The back support at the bottom is nice and I love the mesh seat. I find it to be a lot more comfortable than other chairs with a cushion. Overall I say it is comfortable, but I would suggest to upgrade to their more expensive, best-selling chair. It is a lot more adjustable and was really comfortable. I just didn't know it until I gave it away and tried the other chairs lol.

It’s very hard for me to find a chair that fits me well because I’m short (5’1”). The chair was easy to assemble and was working good, but still a little tall. The seller reached out to me to ask how the chair was and I mentioned that it as still a little tall. So they sent a new gas rod to make it a little shorter and now it’s perfect! I really appreciate their attention to customers and I’m enjoying my new chair!

The media could not be loaded. Wow! This chair is a great deal and it is very comfortable! This was one of the most well packed item I have bought online that needed assembly!! Everything was so well organized in the box. The chair was easy to put together. We actually bought a second chair and the second one also came perfectly packed and all parts fit correctly!! I hope the extra photos help..

Easy to assemble. Simple instruction.

Put the chair together and rested the recline function. It’s is limited and not great, as mentioned in other reviews. Once reclined the back rest won’t not adjust to upright position again.I called the customer service number for the company and discovered that this is a fraudulent company posing as a chair company to try to pick up new customers for a completely unrelated product.I am surprised that Amazon allowed/has not discover this…
