cheap, which is good. a competitor's pic got me wanting a waffle cup maker. this one was 33% cheaper. works fine. here's a good recipe: 1 cup self rising flour 4 tsp melted butter 2 tbsp maple syrup HALF a cup of MILK, not a cup like in the owner's manual plug in, light on, wait light goes off open, 2 heaping tsp batter close light goes on, less than 60 seconds later, light goes off open, prick free with fork and remove reload makes 6

There is a recipe in the instruction manual don't try it. It says pour half a cup of batter into the bowl but when you close the lid everything spills out all over the counter. It works okay

Good for so many things. Not just deserts. Make bread batter, and then dinner bowls, that you don't have to wash, because they get eaten, too.

I returned it. It heats unevenly. The recipe in the booklet has bad results and the bowls are floppy like a pancake. There is no perfect fill point and it either overflows or the bowls are tiny. Glad I got a refund because this would have been wasted money.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I bought the cheapest one and of course I got a cheap product. It does work ok but it takes longer than what I expected to make my bowl . The bowl is not crunchy unless you leave it in there for about 10 minutes. It is easy to clean.

You can also use 4 inch flour tortillas to make taco bowls. I tried it with scrambled eggs and steak, and even though the bowl was crisp, I will mainly use it for taco and chopped salad bowls.
