Strong adhesive and lasts the whole day. Easy to use and well worth the money. My dad's dentures stayed in place and was not loose by the end of day. It helped him enjoy his food more. Works better than the regular adhesives.

I think this product is the best! It holds all day with a secure fit. Price is reasonable and you don’t need a lot to make it work!

Good adhesion, wish it was zinc free though. Update- I have tried so many different adhesives because I have bone loss on my lower gums, so there isn’t a strong ridge for the denture to go over, it’s almost flat. That said, application tricks are key. Best adhesion I have found so far was from a lady on YouTube. Onto clean wet denture make a thin strip- know the areas that overflow on your denture when you put in and bite so you dont waste product, and get it under your tongue and cheek. I then take a silicone stick (found on Amazon, mine is used for resin art) or use a q-tip with the fuzz removed. Poke the adhesive along the adhesive line to make it spikey giving it nooks and valleys instead of a smooth surface-I hope this makes sense. Take a denture adhesive powder (I use either fixodent or poligrip) and apply it over the denture paste, tap it back and forth to get everything covered then turn it upside down to remove excess. Use a tissue to go over the outside of the denture so there is no powder on the outside that may stick to your inner lip/cheek. Rinse your mouth with water so it’s nice and wet. Place denture in. Press on firmly, bite down and hold for 30 seconds. If you have two once both are in same thing. Don’t drink or eat for a minimum of 45 mins. I go as long as possible. I hope that made sense, because this has been the best adhesion I have found after trying SO MANY PRODUCTS! Bonus: the powder being a barrier between the adhesive and the gums makes removal of adhesive so much easier!

Fixodent Ultra Max Hold is fantastic! I've been using it for a while for fake fangs and other fake teeth for Cosplay and DnD related shenanigans and its brilliant. Not only does it hold up for 8+ hours of constant talking but it also holds through eating! I've been able to eat sandwiches, pork, pizza, cake, doughnuts, and all other kinds of stuff without staining, loosening, or causing pain. You don't need much to get the Fixodent to hold either. If you use more than necessary it does 'smoosh' out and get into your mouth. It will stick to the cracks between your teeth and make them a light pink. Its easy enough to get rid of by wiping, using a flosser, or swishing some water. If it still persists you can brush it out with a damp toothbrush. The taste isn't great, but its not offensive either. Just a momentary unpleasant taste. Texture is bizarre on the tongue, kinda like sticky sand? It feels fine on the gums and teeth, maybe a little tacky before it takes hold. This is well worth the money for my uses, its earned 5 stars!

I bought this because the word ultra suggested the best hold. I’m new to wearing dentures, only 2 weeks. Still trying to find a denture adhesive that will hold from breakfast through supper. Unfortunately this doesn’t do this. Almost every day one of them comes loose in the late afternoon. I’m stuck with eating supper with only one. Seeing as how it cautions against using it more than once a day due to the zinc content, I can’t just reapply the adhesive to finish out my day. Disappointing. I’ll be ordering another brand.
