I just wanted to share my positive experience with this xCool SuperCare hairdryer and hand dryer with holder. I initially bought the hair dryer for my daughter, but now I want one! The dryer is amazing and has greatly improved her styling routine, while the hand dryer is perfect for keeping her hands dry and germ-free. The product came in a very nice and well packaged box. This is definitely one of the coolest gadget I got my hands on. It’s small but powerful, and yet so quiet compared to other dryers out there. The interface is simple and intuitive. I’m literally blown away. I was also very impressed with the customer support I received during my initial setup. The representative who assisted me was knowledgeable and patient, and in the end was able to correct the issue. It's great to know that such company values its customers and takes the time to provide excellent service. I will definitely be recommending this xCool SuperCare hairdryer and hand dryer with holder to all my friends and family.

I wanted to wait a few months to make a review on this hair-dryer. I've had this hair-dryer since Feb 2024 & it's now Dec 2024. I think that's a good amount of time of use to write a review. I really like this hair-dryer. My favorite part about the hair-dryer itself, is that it's light weight! This is great if you have long hair like I do, you don't have to hold such a heavy hair-dryer to dry your long hair! I really love love the color to it too (pearl white). It looks very modern & sleek. I love the display screen. It just feels like it really elevates the esthetic of your bathroom décor. My second favorite part is the the wall mount for this hair dryer! I am obsessed with the wall mount. I've tried searching for a wall mount for hair-dryers that you can use as hand dryers, but couldn't find any that looked decent. The mount is very sturdy & has a nice weight to it, it's not going anywhere once you get it on the wall! It was also super easy to install. The fact that you can set the hair-dryer downwards & the dryer has a "hand dry mode", easily makes this one of my favorite hair-dryers ever. I love having warm hands after washing them. The wall mount also has magnetic features so you can magnetize the hair-dryer attachments, so you can just grab them & go. No more searching for the attachments or taking up space! There's even enough space behind the hair-dryer (on the mount) where you can set a small hair straighter or curler! I love that it's all in one place! ***************************** Functionality: The hair-dryer has several different modes on it. First there's the switch on the bottom, it just changes the speed of the air-flow (Low or High). The second button has a multi-switch function. A.) The top part of the multi-switch button controlls the kind of mode you want it to be (Constant Temp, Hot & Cool, or Child Care). "Constant Temp" - constantly blows one speed & one temperature of your choosing. "Hot & Cool" - is a constant speed & blows hot then cool air, changing every few seconds. "Child Care" - is a low constant setting that blows out luke-warm air, not to burn kids. B.) The bottom part of the multi-switch button is the "Temperature" mode. Here you can change it to Hot, Cold, or Warm. ***************************** Cons: The only thing I'm not crazy about is the filter placement on the handle. The air filter is located on the bottom of the handle, so when your drying your hair, sometimes your hand touches the air filter & it's like a cold breeze on your hand. I try not to accidentally hold it bc you could prevent air from getting to your hair-dryer & potentially cause it to overheat & break. So, just got to be careful not to put your hand over it. At least it's super easy to clean! It just twists off, remove the fuzz, and twist it back on. That easy! *************************** Questions? I'll answer a few that I was curious about before I ordered it. 1.) Does it dry faster than a regular hair-dryer? It depends on the hair-dryer but in my opinion, no. It doesn't dry faster than a regular hair-dryer. I tested & timed myself to see which hair-dryer could dry my hair the fastest. My conclusion was that both dryers dryed my hair about the same amount of time. 2.) Does the attachments stay on or easily knocked off? I think the attachments are a nice feature, but not really necessary for drying. You can dry your hair without the attachments. They have a good magnetic attachment to it so they do stay on, but they're also easy to knock off if you accidentally hit with your head. 3.) Does the hair-dryer head get hot easily? Yes, it does get a bit warm if your drying your hair for 15-20 or longer. I haven't had it over heat yet. So that's a good sign. 4.) Is the cord long enough? I'd say it's a decent cord size, it has enough room for me to move around & dry my hair at the same time. It aslo has a nice silicone cord strap. Just fold it up & clip it shut. I really love this feature. None of my other hair-dryers has one. 5.) How is the "Hot, Warm & Cold" Mode? "Hot" is almost as hot as a normal hair-dryer. Very very slightly less. "Warm" is luke-warm, it's about as luke-warm as the Child-Care mode. "Cold" isn't freezing, it's like a cool breeze on a fall day. 6.) How is the "Child Care" Mode? Child-care mode is almost like the luke-warm setting on low air-flow speed. 7.) How is the "Hand-Drying" Mode? Wonderful! I use it everyday & my family loves it! It's really nice to have warm hands after washing them. All you have to do is turn the hair-dryer ON by selecting the "Air-Flow" button & when you stick your hands under it, it will automatically turn on & automatically detect when your hands are moved away & turn itself off! Amazing! 8.) How's the "Hand-Drying" Mode Work? The hair-dryer will detect the wall-mount bracket. When the hair-dryer is in the designated spot, setting downward on the wall-mount, with the bottom Air-Flow button switched to ON, it will go into "Hand-Drying" mode. Depending on your preference, you can set hand-drying mode to Low or High with the Air-Flow button. 9.) Is it noisy? No. It's very quiet. Easy on the ears. 10.) Any flaws/glitches/things that could be improved? • I've ony found one glitch. Sometimes when I have it upside-down & I turn it ON, it acts like it doesn't want to turn on. But when I turn it off & turn it back on, it fixes itself. • When you're done using the "Hand-Drying" mode, & you want to use it as a hair-dryer, you have to *hold the top multi-function button for a few seconds* to exit the hand-drying mode. You have to do this every single time. It's not too bad, but it does get a bit annoying after a while. It would be nice if it could automatically detect that it is off the bracket & go straight into hair-drying mode. • The Air-Filter on the bottom of the handle is rught where I hold the hair-dryer. The location is a bit annoying, if they moved it to the top, your hand wouldn't hit it, or give it a longer handle? Overall, I really love this hair-dryer. I love the look of it, the color, the settings, the screen, the wall-mount, the hand-drying mode, it's lightweight, distributes air flawlessly, & comes with a nice screen protector bag. Price point, I bought this for $139.99, I think it's a bit expensive, but it's on sale now, which is much cheaper than what I paid. I think the sale price $85 is on point for this hair-dryer. That's a great deal. I'm really happy with this hair-dryer & I really think this company knows how to make a nice multi-functional hair-dryer. 👍

It was a good product until shortly after the warranty ended it shut down. Get error codes of Under Voltage. All other appliances work so obviously something internal. Too pricey to have this happen!

LOVE this hair dryer! Quick drying, low decibels for hearing safety, and hair is shiny with lots of body. My only complaint is that the plastic around the plug broke off a few times (no it was never dropped) but it hasn't affected the product. Small enough for travel but very good volume.
