gear boxes
Had to cut the plastic with a wiz wheel around the area where the axle goes through in order for the gear box to fit in the housing correctly. motor leads are smaller than the original ,,used splices to connect to existing wiring. gear boxes seem to work well.

Not up to the task.
We replaced two of these on a 12 volt battery powered ride on car for children. They did fine for about 15 min. then started smoking and we had to take the battery off. Not worth the time to install them and certainly not worth the money to buy them!

Reinforced Power Wheels 7R Gearbox Copy
Good deal. Will need to cut/modify for some vehicles. This has the large axle opening. Sold and labeled as Fulihua, but received Tongan. Came with connector harness, but has a very poor motor connection. So far, so good.

We were able to make this part work but it took some additional engineering.

Didn't last even an hour
Like others, this motor lasted less than 1 hour. Mine didn't start smoking, but just quit. I assumed one of the electrical connections had come loose, but when I took the car apart, everything was in place. It just died. Frustrating.
