I used multiple pumps, depending on what was going on. They fit with my Elvie’s, spectra, and Mandela! Easy to switch between pumps.

Since I got my nipples correctly sized I knew I needed to have a few on hand just in case, but also to keep with multiple pumps. The silicone feels good against the skin, not irritating at all! I put these in my pumps that have a 25mm opening. It sits just fine it there.

Love that they are really transparent so you can see through them. Also fit into 24 mm flange really well.

I have use these 21 mm inserts in my 24 mm spectra S1 flanges, motif Luna Flanges (which are the same as spectra), And Elvie Stride flanges with success. I have gotten much better output since I started using these. They are comfortable to use, and they are easy to wash and sterilize.

The media could not be loaded. unfortunately the 19mm flanges that I received are same size as the 22mm they have no “thickness” in them to make the flange smaller to the 19mm size. They fit into the pump easily and I like the silicone material but the sizing is off and it is uncomfortable when pumping. Will be returning.
