Bright side lights, ideally for sill or trailer frame mounting.
I've got these (amber) to brighten up the campervan, it already has side lights, but a few extra would make it more visable at night.These work with 12v or 24v, so no problems there. I used solder connections with heatshrink to make a tidy, secure conenction and run the supply cable through P clips. The power cable then goes to a small relay which is controlled from the van's side light supply, this doesn't effect the CANBUS.I'm always a bit wary off drilling into the sills, to prevent corrosion start, I use stainless steel screws and push a silicone sealant into the drill hole first to try and give the exposed metal some coating.They're a bit pricy as I want to get some more kits/colours for the front & rear of the van...I will get these in the near future.
