Good product
This product it’s very good it’s quite sturdy & easy to assemble. I was a bit unsure at first because the price was a bit high for what it actually is. A shoe cupboard, but I went ahead & ordered it the delivery was very quick, quicker than was stated, think it came 2 days after ordering. It’s a great product very pleased with it sits well in my hallway & looks like a piece of furniture than just a shoe cupboard. The bit that I really like is the draw although it may not be very deep it is very handy to store gloves, hats & scarves in. So all in all great product yes I would recommend it even if the price is a little high.

Loving this shoe cabinet
Love how this cabinet looks and it's helped declutter the utility room of numerous pairs of shoes. Much tidier now. Stores 12 pairs of shoes. Wouldn't have taken this many if it was all men's shoes. Took a couple of hours to put together but we took it slow and steady so as not to make any rushed mistakes. All the pieces are numbered which helped. A little bit of movement in the unit once built but can be secured to the wall with safety straps provided. All in all, think this was good value and looks smart.

Nice Quality
Bought this to tidy up the pile of shoes and boots at the door. I was pleasantly surprised at the sturdiness and quality given the price. Lovely colour too. As you can see from the photos, you need to not attach the drawer divider if you want to store boots. I'm a size 5 and the boots just say fit. I wouldn't recommend for men's shoes but mine fit perfectly.I've knocked a star off for the assembly. The booklet seemed to be a photocopy and a poor photocopy at that. It was difficult to figure out some of the illustrations but I managed to build it myself eventually. Fitting the drawers required the limbs of an octopus as you need to hold the drawer in mid air while you attach it with a screw through a plastic fitting. Very fiddly and no easy way to do it. I swore a lot. Some of the screws were unusable as they were deformed, probably during manufacture and no way the seller would have known. Like most people, I have a box of random a screws so the job was completed. Now it's built and holding my shoes, I absolutely adore it. I love the soft grey which would go in any room and it does look much more expensive than it was. I'm after more bits of furniture and I'll check out Laura James first. Lovely piece of furniture.

Looks good when new but doesn't last long at all before falling apart.
This shoe organiser looked really nice when first put together. My husband did comment on the cheap fixings though as he was building it and unfortunately it has proven to be a big issue. Our has had very light use with just a few pairs of lightweight shoes being put into it but a few months in it falls apart every time we use it. My husband has had to rebuild the draw mechanism dozens of times because firstly, the plastic stopper pegs are really cheap plastic and do not sit in the holes that they were designed to without continually popping out. Then there is the small circular wheel hinge. Same issue. It continually pops out of it's designed reces and given its job to swivel, it can not be glued into place. So we are left with a useless cupboard with ever collapsing shelves that we cant use. It looks as though we have wasted £100 as it is going to have to be skipped.Don't be fooled by early reviews where people have reviewed after just a few uses. It won't last. Avoid.

Looks great
when built it looks great lots of parts to assemble but instructions easy to follow recommend you dont bother fitting the shoe dividers to the draws it makes it easier to store the shoes if you have large feet otherwise big shoes and boots wont fit cabinet looks awesome and once built is very sturdy.i cut off the back legs on mine so it would push against the wall then i screwed it to wall from inside.really nice cabinet. would recommend.

Looks fantastic in our hall
Looks fantastic in our hallway. Took about 1 hour to build and one handle was damaged but the company sent me replacements immediately.

Nice design but the quality falls short...
The design is perfect for a narrow hallway, however the overall quality isn't great - the unit isn't particularly sturdy as the MDF is quite thin, the drawer runners feel quite jerky, and the paintwork is quite patchy in places (looked like it had been patched up with a tippex in a couple of places). I raised this with the seller but haven't heard back.

Excellent unit but not exactly oak colour
This unit looks awesome and stores plenty of shoes in a nice compact space. Some of the reviews mentioned issues with the hinge breaking or shoes not fitting. I have not had any such problems. We've been using this now for a couple of months, every day with school shoes, trainers and sandals, etc. (sizes 3 - 10 ) My only complaint is that the top of the unit is advertised as oak, but it is more ash looking. That is the only issue however and so far we are very happy with the units performance.
