Why does it get hot or even buzz when charging?

Don't worry, it is normal to get hot during charging because the conversion of electrical energy will generate a certain amount of heat. At the same time, we have made targeted optimizations for the abnormal noises emitted by the product.

Why the extended play time is less than 4 hours？

The usage time depends on the device used and the settings of the game size and resolution.

Will it fall off when playing shooting and action games?

Compared with the battery pack inserted into the Console on the head, our product fits tightly to the skin and has good stability, allowing you to play big action games as you wish.
