My daughter wanted these for prom for on Her feet. And she was able to walk in those heels all night, long with no issues no coming back and hurting. They actually gave enough padding underneath there that she felt very comfortable. I totally recommend them as well as she would. Anyone that has issues with the balls of their feet when wearing a type of shoe like that a high heel or even a flat shoe I would recommend these.

I bought these with high hopes and I am not at all disappointed! I got some beautiful new heels for Christmas and they were just a tad loose. Loose enough that every step they would slip off my heel. I put these in immediately when I got them and am so happy to say the shoes do not slip any more. 10 hours at work with lots of walking and no issues at all-including no blister from the back of the heel rubbing. I absolutely 10 out of 10 recommend these!

Helps keep the shoes on but they aren’t sticky enough & I have had trouble keeping them in the shoe unfortunately. On some pairs it’s fine but on others they come off as I’m putting the shoe on which is not ideal. So they’ve worked about half the time for me.

I was cautious about purchasing these because I have bought heel grips in the past that just did not do the job! They either would not stay on or flattened out & did nothing. But these are the bomb. First they came packaged so nicely & you get a good bargain for the 4 pairs that u get. And they actually grip & stay on. These really made my shoe feel more comfortable but also made them fit better & feel more secure. I needed that because I was in a wedding & would be walking & standing a lot. They did the job. Get em!

I had a new pair of flats that were over priced in my opinion, but comfortable, and after a couple of times wearing them the heel started to slip. I hadn’t bought any heel inserts for years, and these seem like a much nicer, more upgraded version than the old kind used to be. I thought it was two pairs from the picture but it’s actually four pairs, good deal for the price. Love the black color and the stickiness is very strong. The padding is a little bit thicker at the top than the bottom to really help keep your heel in. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Easy to use and held in place after wearing shoes all day. I'm not sure made the shoe tighter, I got them so a certain beautiful pair of shoes stopped rubbing my heel.

These are awesome! I use them in all of my flats so avoid blisters. Mine came with 4 sets in a pack. Super soft and sticks well on to shoes. I have not had any fall off yet. I even put them in my daughter’s shoes. It is best to use in a shoe that is a bit longer than your foot as it does have a thick cushion.
