I have been taking 2 every afternoon. They really give me enough energy to make it through the second half of my day- the most busiest! They also taste amazing and I feel good about the ingredients.

I was really excited to try both the energy gummies and the sleep gummies after reading such positive reviews, but unfortunately I have not experienced any benefits from either. I've taken the energy gummies numerous times throughout a day but not felt any kind of perk or energy from them, even when I've taken 6–8 throughout the day. As for the sleep gummies, I've been taking two before bed each night and have yet to feel any effects. I've always been able to fall asleep easily but find I wake up often throughout the night and was hoping these would help and to get me better quality sleep, but I'm still waking up and I still don't have great sleep scores, according to my smart watch. The gummies taste good, but I could buy snacks that taste good for cheaper.

Of all the things ive tried for sleep support... this is by far the best!! LOVE it! Im sleeping thru the night, wake up feeling rested! Fantastic product!

Ngl, I was stunned by the packaging of this product and I had to check this brand out. As someone who values clean ingredients and needs a boost of energy for my workflow, this has done the job for me. I’ve taken these gummies for the past 3 weeks and I do notice a subtle difference in performance. I think after week 2 is when I noticed I was becoming more task oriented and having a bit more mental clarity. The taste is pretty delicious! It does not have that artificial taste nor does it have that consistent taste where it won’t break down. The gummy’s easily break down in your mouth and I love the soft texture! For the price I think it’s a pretty fair bang for your buck because you get 60 gummies, & honestly it will be a lot cheaper if you subscribe or use an ambassador code. I would love to try the other variations soon. Also once I’m done with the gummies I plan to use the packaging as a pencil holder, because why not : ) I always keep this at my desk so I can grab some gummies when I need to.

I enjoy these gummies! I do notice a slight difference when I take them of being able to focus. I have noticed I only feel a difference if I take 3-4 gummies (the package says a minimum of 2 per day). overall they have been pleasant and taste pretty decent as well! would recommend

I decided to try these out because I am six months postpartum and have been having a hard time feeling like myself and want to try out some natural options before looking into antidepressants. When it arrived, the packaging was super cute and fun. The bag is very easy to reseal which isn’t always a guarantee with some supplements. My initial thoughts were wow, these are delicious. How are they sugar free? I have had lots of gummy supplements and usually my experience has been they taste palatable at best. These could be candy. I feel like if my husband tried them in the middle of the night he may eat the whole bag because they are so good. I started taking them each morning and did not really think too much about them until I forgot to take them one day and found myself lacking focus, grumpier and overall out of it. When I realized what was different was I hadn’t taken the gummies I realized how much better I’ve been feeling since taking them! My postpartum fog has been clearing, I feel like I can actually workout and overall less cranky towards my family! Putting this on my subscriptions because I feel like myself for the first time since having my baby while taking these. While I know everyone’s experiences are different, I’ll definitely be recommending these to my mom friends as well.
