Even a really clumsy lefthander was able to correctly install this keyless garage door opener! What a great value for what I paid from a reliable seller on Amazon. I will be sure to buy from this seller as needed. The hardest part of all was you have be sure you correctly identify your brand of garage door opener. Since this item was specifically for Chamberlain, you must look to see what color the learn button is on the backside of your garage door opener. You must have the correct color button before ordering because any other color won't work. Be careful if you have to climb a ladder. Safety first!! When you get to the part in the instruction where it tells you to push the button, try and be straight on looking at the button. You must be able to see when the light comes on near by the button. I found the instructions to be very easily followed since I was able to install correctly the first attempt! I firmly believe this is a great product with no surprises!!

Less expensive than the original manufacturers model and works just as good! I like the fact that the keypad "beeps" when entering numbers.

I wish I bought this sooner. Though some encountered a problem with programming based on the color of the learn button, it worked perfectly for me. The seller had even emailed me to warn of the possible issue and how to deal wit it, but that wasn't necessary. It was easy to program and install. The red backlight and the sound indicator of button presses is a big improvement over the original keypad. It has a nice positive feel, and doesn't require a lot of force to press the buttons. Much more user friendly than the one it replaced.

Good, solid keypad. Like that it beeps when pressing buttons. Original one did not do that so this is much easier to use. Better buttons as well. Good price as well. One drawback (minor) - need to enter the code when closing. That was not required of the original.

First as someone else mentioned - once the door is opened just pressing enter will not close the door.The installation and setup of the remote was easy and worked great. The buttons beep when pressed which is nice. The actual screw mount holes matched my old chamberlain remote exactly.Problem occurred 3 weeks into using it. The actual garage door openers would not open the door. Looked at this remote entry and all keys were backlit. pushing a button did not elicit a beep like it did before when everything was working. Took the battery out, and the actual garage door openers worked. So this device became a jammer and prevented any other opener from working. Putting the battery back in resulted in a loud beeping and flashing of all keys. The backlight on the keys still did not turn off. Took the battery out over night and put it back in and now it works again. Not sure for how long though.
