This is such a cool incense holder. Looks great when it smokes in the glass. Be careful! The glass is super thin and it breaks easily. I’m sad my slipped out of the base and I caught it before it could hit the floor but it tapped my counter and cracked.

I love this thing. I have never found a good incense holder that actually catches *all* the ash as it falls,100% of the time. This ingenious design does just that though. It keeps everything so clean! And the glass has a bottom, it’s not just a cylinder, so all the incense can be removed and thrown away. No crevices for it to get stuck in. It does seem to burn incense slightly faster, but also stronger than traditional holders. I think because the stick is upside down. I did an experiment and a traditional holder had about an inch and a half of incense left by the time the stick in this holder burned out. This is not necessarily a bad thing. The incense burner gives off more smoke as it burns and so it burns a bit faster than traditional upright/slanted positioning, so it has more scent. You can see in the photo. The smoke is so nice to watch as it dances around the glass and up the stick. I love it.

Box came in good condition, the product has an outer glass which is nice and the tray contains the ash well. The glass gives off a cool look which is kind of relaxing with the smoke and lighting. Size is decent, and durability is fine lol I’ve just gotten it.

The other reviews stating how wobbly this thing is ARE NOT A JOKE. My mission was to fix it somehow and came up with a solution. I decided to use some spare Command Strips (double sided adhesive strips for hanging posters on the wall) I had and placed 3 of them on the base (and cutting off the plastic pull tab on each strip). Then, carefully and firmly, pull the glass tube down on top of the base with one hand and with your other hand underneath the base pushing up towards the tube using gentle pressure for a minute or so to get the adhesive to set against the glass bottom. DO NOT "squeeze" the glass tube, you do not want to shatter the glass tube in your hand (use common sense). Now, the tube is "glued" via the Command Strips to the base. The holder rod itself is still loose and wiggly but that's fine for cleaning the tube since you'll want to remove it for cleaning anyway. For cleaning the glass tube, I'm just gonna clean it with the base attached. Knowing the glass tube is secured to the base and won't tip over while burning is a huge relief for me. I don't know why they didn't make the glass screw in to the base but you get what you pay for and that would have bumped up the cost. With my adjustment this product went from 4 to 5 stars. No issues yet with the heat warming the bottom of the glass tube on top of the strips but I'll update if I encounter any problems. I only burn a couple a day so it's not burning 24/7.

The concept is simple and this thing absolutely delivers. I really love to burn incense and have been doing it for many years, I wish I had one of these ages ago! it makes the burn so much tidier and easier to dispose of the ashes. It's attractive to look at as well which I appreciate! I guess the only thing I was worried about when I ordered it is whether the alligator clip thing would hold on to a tiny incense stick all that well. but the clip on the one I received is doing a great job, it holds very firmly. It's also tall enough to accommodate most brands of incense sticks. I recently got some that are longer than average and I can still use this piece easily. So glad to get this, will definitely order again.

I used to use a simple wooden incense stick holder but I was always nervous I'd look away for a second and my cats would knock it over. This feels much safer, and looks beautiful. Note for cat owners: the smoke from incense can be harmful to them, so I still recommend keeping cats away from them, but cats can be sneaky so this is a nice extra safety measure. The glass came wrapped in bubble wrap and some other styrofoam protection so it didn't break during shipment. The incense sticks it came with came in a cute plastic bottle. I've not used them yet as I had some others already, but they do smell nice even unlit. They are smaller than typical incense sticks though, but this can be nice if the room you use them in isn't huge and you get headaches easily from strong scents. TLDR: - Came packaged well - Looks and works beautifully - Easy to set up - Incense sticks are small but smell nice

I love the look of this incense holder—it’s very aesthetic and fits nicely with my decor. It was easy to set up and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It holds the incense securely and helps keep things tidy while burning. Overall, a simple but stylish addition that works well.

Purchase this for my dad for Christmas and he absolutely loves this it helps on cleanup because before he was just using a can, and it would make a mess. That being said, it was a little defective. The stand needed some more wood taken off for the glass to actually fit inside. Luckily, I used my nail kit to remove some of the wood to file it down for the glass to fit if I didn’t do that, this item would’ve been garbage therefore it is missing a one star rating giving this item a four star

It does the trick by holding the ashes, making it easy to use and no cleanup is required. I also found that it created more smoke from the incense that I burn which is great compared to the traditional burner I was using before. However the clip is not tight and sometimes you have to play with it for the incense to hold in it. Additionally, the clip turns dark brown the more incense you burn and starts to get sticky which is very unfortunate and annoying.
