Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 5G, US Version, 256GB, Graphite - Unlocked (Renewed)

This has been the best phone so far I have ever had! I was skeptical because of some of the negative reviews but honestly this is the most high tech nice phone i have ever owned! It does everything I wanted and more! The tiny screen in the front is my favorite part of this phone and also of course, being able to fold the phone in half. No issues with my Sim card I put it in and it instantly recognized my service plan. The folding capabilities are wonderful. I love how it folds for a more continent way of traveling with it, its so easy to use! It is just a beautiful phone. Get it and you won't regret it. The only think I worry about is the folding part, idk how long it will hold up but we shall see. So far so good.

Excellent

I received my phone today, turned it and the inside screen was black. The outside comes on. I charged it. It stayed on long enough to add my email. Then phone went black again. I will return as soon as possible. The phones need to be triple checked before sending to customers.

I love it! The phone works perfectly fine , came with no issues , my only issue is it did have like 5 different updates avaliable an the battery life isn't as good as my old phone, but it is still good enough to last me through work so I don't care! Came with no scratches, was easy to setup, screen was in perfect condition and overall the phone is a 10/10 for me. Make sure to get a screen protecter as well to add extra protection!! I been using the phone for about a week now and it is just chefs kiss lol. I will update my review after a month ;))

I have been looking to upgrade my phone for a while now and had my eyes set on the Z Flip 5. I saw the price on this refurbished Z Flip 5 and couldn't pass up the deal. Refurbished in "excellent" condition for less than $600, what a deal! I thought "excellent" condition meant maybe there'd be some scratches on the phone or maybe like some minor cosmetic damage to the sides of the phone. I received a phone with a crack along the entire width of the inner screen just above the crease. So not exactly the "excellent" condition that I had expected. That is my only complaint, though. Shipping: FAST Cost: Reasonable Value: Great Overall score: 4 out of 5 stars. I would subtract 2 points for the cracked screen (making the score a 2 out of 5 stars), but the phone is still fully usable.

New condition. The phone went through all the updates , meaning it had never been used.

Arrived fast. Not a single mark. Works with my Fido Sim card right out of the box.

The phone works alright, just needs to deal with a lot of software updates. I also recommend not putting high expectations on the physical appearance being flawless because I received a version that has a huge dent on the screen, I don't mind it at all for the price. Do I wish it was not there? Yes! but it is what it is. I didn't wanna return it anymore because receiving this package was already a pain in the a$$ (because of Amazon OTP). Would I recommend this product? Yes, if only you need cheap, light, compact, and functioning phone without worrying what it looks like. p.s. I hope it survives at least 2years lol. I'll get back to this review for sure.
