Zinus 6 Inch Narrow Twin Foam & Spring Mattress, Medium Feel

i’ve really been impressed with this mattress. It was firm but really comfortable. My back doesn’t hurt and I’m a full-size adult. I ordered this for my sister’s guest room because I can’t handle air mattresses anymore, I stay for extent. I really am so thankful to have a comfortable place to sleep. I actually plan to order another one for my daughter‘s room as her mattress needs replacing and this was a really affordable solution.

I bought the 6 inch foam and a spring hybrid mattress. It's fine so far. I've only had it for a few days, so there really hasn't been time for problems to develop. If any do, I'll change my review. I can just say it is working fine so far. Some of the reviewers wrote that they rotated the mattress, flipping it over, and were shocked that they could feel the springs. This is a bad mistake. You really can't flip hybrid foam mattresses over. You can only sleep on the soft side. Don't do what they did. Some reviewers wrote about a terible smell. There is absolutely zero smell from the one that I bought. I was expecting some offgassing so I opened it up in a basement room that had good ventilation, but if there was any offgassing, it did not have a fragrance at all. Regarding the firmness, some people like really firm mattresses, and other people don't; this one is firm, which makes it perfect for me so far. Then again, I'm not sleeping on it every night. I'm using it as a little daybed that I take naps on now and then and use for a little red therapy booth that I set up. (I do, though, doze off under the red lights.) I suspect that the people who have reported problems with this type of mattress are the ones who started sleeping on it after only 24 hours or 48 hours… It is really best to wait the full 72 hours for it to fully inflate. You have to wait for it to unfurl then carefully cut off the inner plastic without cutting into the mattress; then set it somewhere where it can continue expanding for a while.

Remarkably comfortable on a narrow twin platform bed. I like firm mattresses, but I did still add a thick memory foam topper - not that I needed it, I just had one floating around - which makes it feel downright luxurious.

Perfect for our camper. It was hard finding the right size and these are the perfect fit. They’re not plush like memory foam. But they’re not rock hard like a full box spring. The combo of them makes this a great option. More on the firm side for sure. But good support for them. No sinking and we’ve been using these for months.

The fit of the mattress is good, very durable, height is okay , stylish appearance, doesn’t sink and have a good support can take up to 200 pounds.

The mattress comes compressed and must be given some time to expand before using. It's actually fun to watch it growing and getting bigger! I'm 220 lb and find the mattress very comfortable. Considering there's no box spring underneath it I would have to amend my previous statement to very, very comfortable.

I bought this mattress for a low-profile setup, but it ended up being thinner than expected. At 6 inches, there isn’t much cushioning, and when used on a standard bed frame, you can feel the support underneath. It didn’t provide enough comfort or padding for me to use as an everyday mattress. That said, it could work well in specific situations such as a guest room that’s only used occasionally, a temporary sleeping setup, or for someone who prefers a very firm surface. We use it for our dog a the occasional unexpected overnight guest. It also lays flat and holds its shape, which may be helpful for alternative uses. For daily adult use, I’d recommend choosing a thicker mattress for better comfort and support. This one is best suited for light or short-term use rather than full-time sleeping.

Not as expected, not value it's price

Very springy, but very comfy! Not a bed you would want to share with someone who wriggles around a lot but as a solo sleeper it is a dream!

Seems to be of same construction and same softness as Queen version also available on Amazon, although Queen is listed as Plush and this one as Medium firm. Anyways, good elastic springy softness without gapping down , pleasure to sleep on unless you are into Spartan type of self-discipline around the clock.
