These ice molds make large, solid blocks that are perfect for keeping our kiddie pool cool during hot summer days. The size is impressive and they pop out of the molds easily. Just a heads-up: they’re too large to fit in a sno cone machine chute, so if that’s your intended use, you’ll want a smaller mold. Also, there’s no lid or cover, which makes it hard to keep the ice clean if you’re freezing them in a shared freezer. I used these 4 to make blocks of ice for a road trip. they keep a cooler cold and melt as needed. The ice can be broken and smashed as needed. I took two on the trip. With a mini frig only the top and bottom froze, with a standard freezer we were able to make 3 ice blocks daily per silicon block mold. These lasted 36 hrs. IF ice blocks stacked together they last longer. Well worth the purchase. The ice blocks also fit into some water bottles.

These molds make huge ice blocks that last way longer than regular cubes. Perfect for cold plunges and keeping coolers cold. The silicone makes removal easier, but they do take up a lot of freezer space and need about 24–48 hours to fully freeze. Overall, sturdy and very useful!

I bought these for use in my cold tub, but I've been using them mostly for use in my cooler. These ice bricks really are great for that (and the cold tub!). The molds are a little flimsy when full of water, but I find that if I load them in the freezer on a tray, it makes less of a mess. Getting the ice out of them is a breeze too. These things just peel off and I've also ran them under cold water on the under side too to get them to pop out.

My under Armour water jug does not stay as cool as I would like. With summer coming I had the idea to somehow make a block of ice that could fit in my jug. I wanted to prep my water jug at night and it still be somewhat cold in the morning. I happened upon this ice mold. This was the smallest mold that I could find for a good sized ice block. I fill it a little over half way and once frozen the block fit perfectly in my jug. The ice came out very easy.
