Really pleased with this lock
I bought this door lock autumn 2019 and using the template supplied, it was installed fairly easily. Setting up the lock and key fobs is very easy. Unfortunately the first lock became faulty within a week of installation, but I contacted the company direct and found them very helpful with rectify the issue. I was sent a replacement lock which arrived within a few days and this one has had no problems even with the foul weather we have had recently. The remote and key fobs work really well and the battery life for the lock itself seems pretty good as I have not had to replace them yet. I would recommend this lock even with the early problem I had.I’ve given 5 stars even with the faulty lock because the customer service I received to sort the problem was excellent.

Not recommended, Poor quality item
it seems like the item is second hand. there are scratches, arrived in unsealed packaging.The item it self has a poor quality. the dial pd is not smooth to touch. when I open the box i knew it was a bad buy that is why I just returned it.

Easy to use
I used this lock to enable easier control of access to and from a hall I managed for a local charity. It was an easy lock to install and extremely easy to setup and manage the access methods

Product great, instructions could be clearer
The product works well, and was relatively easy to install. The instructions that accompany it (for installation, set-up, usage, etc) could be a little more detailed but we worked it out eventually. Very happy with the purchase.

Easy to program and reliable
Good price, easy installation, easy to program. Add key fobs in minutes. Seems strong and hard wearing so far.

Missing key and card key will not work.
Lock looks good but when I opened the box one key was missing and one key card will not work. seller and Amazon will not reply to my email about this issue

Does the job admirably
Very well made lock and simple to fit. Digital voice to tell you when it has locked and when it has unlocked, but with American accent ! May have to wait for Jeeves accent !!

Ottima serratura ,5 anni fa ne avevo una uguale, di un altra compagnia ,la serratura di ora è uguale ma do diversa compagnia ,e ho notato diversi miglioramenti ,oltre alla voce elettronica .ottima!!
