Looks and holds up great!

I have this mount screwed to a ceiling rafter in the garage holding up a 100lb heavy bag. It works. The hardware for the bag to hang from is a bit small, compared to what came with the Bag, but it works. Have had multiple people working out on the bag with no issues. I would recommend as a cheap hanger.

The item is good tho

I completely snapped my heavy bag hook, honestly I was kind of proud about it but had to get a new hook asap. I didn't really use the mount tbh i just needed the hook but it works great, so much quieter than my other one which was made of pure iron, very sleek and shiny and it's smooth so it won't saw and snap again.

Used to hang 75 pound water filled punching bag and holding up well!
