stuck frequently, not supporting by sending service person.
Just 2 months over.Not expected of this mid level quality of lock for this price that too from Godrej, stuck frequently.Attending by Service person was denied even when product is under warranty .

Horrible product compounded by Terrible service
Lock was installed at 10:30. The cylinder malfunctioned at 23:45 on the same day locking us inside. The technician arrived after more than 12 hours next day at 12:00 and broke the lock. Charged us Rs.250/= for breaking the lock. The previous day the same technician charged us Rs.500/= for installation of the lock. Scam operation being perpetrated on unsuspecting buyers.
