Yes, finally! Tastes like chocolate, has low carb, no cholesterol, & acceptable saturated fat; Plus no gastric distress. I plan to eat 1 serve daily & no other low carb chocolate snack met the cholesterol/fat guidelines. Even though serve size is 3 pieces they’re individually wrapped so if less is enough, can stop 😉

The chocolate is the best I tasted in long time. Going to be hard to limit myself to two squares a day !!!! Will order again.But shipping is terrible. Had a notification it was out for delivery yesterday and never came. Then another notification for today and I just have to look at it too, and it was sitting in the hot sun. It still is not marked delivered. 😏 the ice pack was melted. The chocolates were very soft. Delivery service inadequate!!!!

It's hard to praise this miraculous chocolate enough but I'm going to try. I've been on a 20 net carbs ketogenic diet, on par with Atkins induction. I had also been trying to intermittently fast but I kept getting hungry and started looking into pills I could take in the evening to curb cravings. At the same time, I'm frequently on the move and had been struggling to eat enough during the day - which lead to evening binges where I would struggle to eat enough. And of course, being on a diet meant I couldn't easily have desserts. Then I discovered these incredible chocolate squares. This is a dense bar of chocolate, not creamy or melty, with bits of sea salt and crushed almonds. More importantly, they're loaded with 13 grams of fiber and only 2 net carbs per bar. Unlike other keto specific desserts, these do NOT boot me out of ketosis. After dinner each day, I'm generally not satisfied. So I eat 1/2 a square and I'm full. If I'm not full, I eat another 1/2 square and that does the trick. Thanks to these I no longer worry about making sugar-free gelatine (which was never filling or very natural), buying diet soda, or finding any other crazy keto compliant candy to satisfy my sweet tooth. Unexpectedly, they have successfully dealt with my evening cravings where I'm basically done eating after 8 PM for the first time in forever. The only issue with these bars is that they're expensive, coming out to a little more than $1 apiece. But the way I eat them should mean they'll last about 3 weeks per order. I couldn't recommend these enough for anyone struggling on a ketogenic diet. Also one of my best finds to date on Amazon.

Tastes good. But has carbs (which i found out, ALL chocolates do). With G7 monitor, my glucose spiked to 185. So not keto for me.
