My Grandson loves it,he can't put it down. But as a grandparent I thought it was expensive.

Great gift for David tenant Dr who lover, price does seem a little excessive for the quality of the gift but fits the purpose perfectly

Brought it for my friend who got me into dr who and she loved it, even more so that it can write secret messages

Bought this to go with my Halloween costume but also just because I fancied owning a sonic screwdriver toy. For almost £50 i was surprised at how kind of average quality it is. I thought it would be a little bit more premium feeling compared to the ones I had when inward younger. The moving parts where it slides up feel a bit cheep and it is a bit wonky when fully extended. Still happy with this fun prop but felt a little bit ripped off when i fist unpacked it as for me it feels like more like £20 to £30 quality. Maybe I’m just being naive to how wibbly inflation has been in the last few years. After pretending to sonic a few things with it tho I have no regrets hahah.

My son absolutely loves his sonic screwdriver however I thought it was very expensive for the quality. After the first day the sliding mechanism was already very loose and now (8 days after delivery) it has failed altogether which is really disappointing and again seems very poor for the price.

J'avais acheté ce tournevis en 2024 pour ma fille qui est une fan inconditionnelle de la série et du 10ème Docteur (incarné par David Tennant). Il fonctionne toujours très bien et les sons sont très représentatifs de la série. Je conseille cet objet à tout les Whovians (Fans de Dr Who) 👍🏻

At first I didn't think much of this considering its cheaper price, but when I got it, my mind was blown. The box for it was a bit beaten up but the screwdriver itself was in great condition. It makes four different sounds which sound amazing. The only two drawbacks for this is the end tip falls off frequently. Not all the time but occasionally it does slip off. The second setback is that the button to make it light up / make sound it on the side of the screwdriver, not the slider. Given the price & the quality this is definitely a great item to buy!

The Screwdriver looks amazing, but the Batteries fit poorly and the electronics don't seem to work. It plays for a few seconds then swaps to the next audio track. The buttons are also incredibly unresponsive.
