This is an interesting lamp, it only works if it is in total darkness, so it will not turn on straight out of the box on a bright day or well lit room -- no matter how many times you push the power button. It was easy to assemble. The light gives a soft but bright light. I left it on and when I checked on it after dark it was glowing and stayed on most of the night. A little expensive, but I think it will be a handy lamp to have around.

Nice outdoor lamp, in fact I have two of them. After 6 weeks of use, the first one I purchased began to lose illumination power so I changed the rechargeable batteries (3 / AAA). That seems to have taken care of the problem, but I would have expected much longer life from the original batteries. Be aware that the lamp is only about 8 inches tall.

I was excited to get these lamps but unfortunately they have not lived up to my expectations. After assembly, I placed them in full sunlight to charge per the directions. One will stay bright for about 30 minutes then dim on its own before going out entirely within an hour. The second was bright but will flash on and off after a little while then shut off as well. I have only had them about a week but not useful at all.

This a great idea, however the product quality doesn't seem to be there.It didn't fit together 100% (close, but it still bugged me). And the light was never super bright.A month and a half later, it has stopped working altogether.
