I really like this creatine. It’s a clean product without a bunch of unnecessary fillers, which is exactly what I was looking for. The 5g serving size is also very convenient, and one container lasts for a surprisingly long time. I’ll definitely buy this again, although I’m not entirely sure when I’ll actually manage to run out of this container. Hehe. It’s such a good value when you only need 5g per serving.

As a 51 year old female, this is the first time I’ve taken creatine. After doing research, I learned what amounts should be taken to maximize the benefits. In the first week, I went all in and I added 20 grams to my water daily throughout the day. There is no flavor whatsoever and mixes very well with any liquids. I never added this to my coffee, but I would add 10 grams to my 40 oz water prior to my strength training sessions along with a packet of electrolytes. For the second half of my day, I would add the remaining 10 grams to get the total 29 grams. It’s been only a week, and I notice considerable energy when I lift weights. I’m able to lift heavier and more reps. I’ve noticed that my body can handle endurance better and I have less pain in my joints, legs and hips overall. I lift weights 3 days a week and walk the other 4 days and I’ve never felt better. I have a sensitive stomach, but I have not encountered any stomach issues since taking this, but then again I stay very hydrated. Now, I will just add 5grams for maintenance purposes and I look forward to experiencing additional benefits.

Taking this with collagen seems to have helped speed recovery of a shoulder injury. My 2 cents.

Obviously there’s not much to say about this product other than it’s supposed to be as advertised, “It’s Just Creatine Monohydrate Powder” so as far as that goes, it’s a great product. But I’d disagree with a lot of commenters on this being tasteless. It’s not tasteless. It has a slightly bitter after taste. BUT it’s easily covered when mixed with something that has flavor in it. Mix it with just about anything other than water (I like putting it in my coffee in the morning) and you’re golden. It mixes pretty fast, leaving absolutely no clumps or residue in your cup. It’s a great value for the money and I’ve only been using it for a week and it’s already taking effect. So it must absorb in the body really well. A+ on effectiveness. It’s also odorless in my opinion. The only con (other than its slight bitter taste) is that it’s a very very fine powder. So it quite easily gets everywhere when you scoop it from the bag. Just take it slow and I’d suggest using something like a teaspoon or smaller as a secondary tool to knock some of the powder off the measuring cup in the bag before taking it out of the bag. That’s all I can think of. Will be buying again soon.

The creatine is a fine powder that is pretty much tasteless and mixes well in any liquid. I usually take mine in two forms: added to my coffee, or added to a protein shake. I don't notice a change in taste or consistency in either. I'm sure you could easily mix it into a glass of milk or sports drink and never even notice. The large container has allowed me to try larger doses for the cognitive benefits, and I feel it has benefited me. I haven't experienced any digestive discomfort and have been very happy with the quality of this product. For what you get: the amount, the quality, and 3rd party testing, the effectiveness; this is a tremendous value for the price.
