The filters are working fine, I would give them 5 stars but they were just a bit larger than the OEM filters so it was a little difficult getting them into the filter frame.

I purchased the 12x24x2 MERV 8 Silver in October 2021 and January 2022. The newer filters only have 8 pleats while the old one has 14. That's significantly less surface area and therefore a ripoff. The filter material also looks thinner. EDIT: I contacted the vendor about this. Will update if there is a resolution. EDIT 2: Filterbuy's customer service doesn't see this as an issue and doesn't seem to understand that fewer pleats equals less surface area. Less surface area results in a shorter filter life. There was no resolution. I won't be buying again.

I like being able to get odd size quality filters without paying crazy prices.
