Sizing wrong

I was looking forward to wearing these, but had to send them back. They were nice fabric and bottoms fit okay, but with extra length. The top was way too big! I would say about two sizes too big.I sent them back, but the seller refused to accept the parcel so RM said they would return it to me. It never arrived, but the seller refunded me.
