Great shipping scale for home office
If you're like me and sell stuff on ebay as a hobby, this scale is perfect for you!I like how big the scale is and with it's long, coiled cord for the display and buttons, It's perfect for any place in your office.I use it on top of my desk but I like how I can move the screen anywhere and even mount it on the wall if I need to. Very convenient! Scale seems very sturdy and well made. Some scale feels cheap and sometimes does not even measure correctly. I haven't calibrated it with a calibrated weight yet but I have not had any problem from USPS or UPS about weight being wrong.Overall, Very nice scale! highly recommended

Not all that accurate
Not as accurate as I had hoped. Good for ballpark weight of heavy items but if you need accurate weight at the ounce level it's not gonna do the trick.

Check the calibration often
The scale has to be recalibrated often. I use a 20 lb. calibration weight.

Time to upgrade
Wow, I finally replaced my old school package scale that I have been using for 20 years. I can't believe that I waited so long. This scale is light years ahead of what I had. The price surprised me as well. Great deal

LCD screen must be at eye level
The scale works fine, but I absolutely hate that I have to look directly at the display. I can’t see the read out if I’m at ANY sort of angle other than head on. This significantly limits your mounting options. I can’t even read it when sitting at my desk if it’s laying on top. I have to stand up and look over it, or grab it and point it at me.The claimed “backlit” feature is a joke. It does nothing.
