quality product - effective and durable
Easy to use and very effective! It makes my teeth and gums feel so clean. The different functions are easy to switch between with buttons to set your own custom settings. I have had it for a couple months and it seems to be great quality and very durable. It's quiet and doesn't take much room in my shower.

Satisfied, so far.
I had my last sonicare water flosser for barely over 1 year & it stopped working (all the lights came on when charging, but nothing would work. I can only guess it wasn't as water resistant as they claim. Water runs down my arm as i use them, but never got it more wet than what would get on it that way, & i always kept the rubber cover over the charge port). I didn't want to spend $80 on another name brand water flosser that may not last. So, i decided to try a less expensive brand. It works just as well, the attachments i had left from my sonicare flossers actually fit this one, too.The one thing i hate about these is the power button placement. It needs a switch, not a button, in my opinion. It's not a knock against this brand, because they all are in a horrible place, no matter the brand, because they all try to look & function similarly. When i use them on my bottom teeth, i have to readjust my hand position. When i do that, my finger comes off of the power button. So, when i want to turn it off, I can't always find the correct button immediately. If I take it out of my mouth to look, water squirts everywhere. The only other option is to let all the water run out. Very frustrating, but i had the same issue with every one of these water flossers. I just need to get used to this one.I saw some mention the water runs out too quickly. It's fine for me. I get between every tooth, & there's still water left. It has good power, & has worked great so far. Of course, i can't speak to longevity yet, but with a 2 year warranty, i hope it will be fine. My last 2 were gifts, so i had no receipt to get sonicare to fix them. I also haven't seen how long the battery lasts, but that's not a huge deal for me, as i have an outlet in my bathroom to charge easily. This device does everything i expected, & works great. I like the sonicare tios better, because they have a bit of rubber on them that i can sometimes touch my gums with to make sure I'm getting between my back teeth. The tios on this are just hard plastic, so i will need to learn to use them differently, or just keep using the sonicare tips for now.Edit 2 on 2/18/25: i updated the review a few minutes ago to say there was no charging light, but then i looked at the manual which says there is. So, i tried a different cable, & it does actually have charging lights (the same lights that tell which mode you're using). The cable i used was a USB-C on both ends, & is fast charging for my phone. I tried the USB-C with a USB-A end like the device comes with, & it actually does have a charge light, & i was mistaken. Sorry for not checking this before updating the review. The device is still working great, but i wasn't sure it had a "battery low" light, so i wanted to charge it (I've had my sonicare flosser run out of battery mid use, because i wasn't paying attention to the "battery low" light). It's been 1 month & it's still on the very first charge. I had to charge my sonicare at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes more frequently. The battery is amazing on this device. They also sent me some free replacement tips for registering the device for the warranty, so that's cool, & something potential customers should know, too.

An Easy, Effective Water Flosser That Truly Supports Better Oral Health
An Easy, Effective Water Flosser That Truly Supports Better Oral HealthI’ve been in the wellness industry for over 15 years as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and oral health is another component of overall health. If we don't have our teeth, it becomes so difficult to get the valuable nutrition we need in. Plus, bad oral hygiene can come with a bunch of other issues no one wants to deal with.I originally bought this water flosser for my 10‑year‑old daughter after she got braces, since her orthodontist recommended a water pick to help clean between the wires and teeth. And honestly, I wish I had one of these when I had braces as a kid — it makes a huge difference.Flossing is still part of our nightly routine, but this water flosser has become an excellent addition. I was so impressed with how well it worked for her that I bought one for myself, knowing I should have been using a water pick all along. I actually had a traditional plug‑in water flosser sitting under my bathroom sink for years, but I never liked how bulky it was or how awkward it felt to use. It’s rechargeable, portable, and incredibly easy to use. My daughter even takes hers with us when we travel — it’s compact and very easy to pack. The multiple pressure settings make it simple to find the one that feels most comfortable and effective for your gums, and the different attachment heads allow you to customize your cleaning routine. The charge lasts a long time, too, which I really appreciate.I’m genuinely impressed by this water flosser and value it as part of my evening teeth‑hygiene routine. It’s user‑friendly, effective, and a great choice for anyone looking to improve their oral health — whether you have braces or simply want a cleaner, fresher feel.

Its OK.
The on off switch is hard to use. Makes it sloppy to use. Does a good job. Size is right. Construction is good

Easy to operate and recharge
This water flosser works fine, easy to recharge and has many different tips to use. The charge lasts quite a while, so there is a long time before you need to recharge it. The water vessel is ample.

Great power and water capacity
This works great and I love the DIY setting. Also comes with an extra nozel so my husband and I don’t have to share one. The battery lasts long and it holds enough water to thoroughly clean my teeth before refilling.

Design issues
I have been using this device for one week. It works and therefore gets three stars. However, it awkward to hold and more importantly, the controls are positioned just where you naturally hold the device. This results in unintentional shutdown and mode change while using. Also, the instructions correctly say to allow the unit to dry between uses. The way the device is constructed requires that you lay it down somewhere … in my case on a wash cloth in a drawer. Having never used such a device before, I was not alert to look for such issues in the picture of the product.
