This model M420 is a strong and big machine that has a superb suction power, and with only the auto mode, it will suck the air out well enough!! Although the booklet that is included doesn’t give detailed instructions, but with a simple text msg or phone call to the seller, you get your answer much faster and easier than reading 20+ pages of the fine prints! This model really is designed more for the industrial use such as food manufacturing factories, restaurants, farms…etc. for the family use, I think the smaller model is good enough!!! The seller offers good after-sale services!

I've used little $80-$100 vacuum sealers and it only allowed 3 units to be sealed at a time, while on the hunt for a new sealer, I came across this product. It upped the sealing capabilities to 5 units at a time and worked faster at removing air and provided a more consistent clean seal verses the seal with the little metal band strip. This thing seals perfectly. I enjoyed mine so much I bought a second one to do 10 units at a time. Highly recommend for daily use and for commercial use.Now onto the service review. My original sealer I purchased in Jan 2024, the metal part where the sealer clamps gets worn away (mind you, we use this daily and hundreds of times), it wore away and first thought in my mind was, "I am going to have to replace my first one..." I first contacted the seller and showed them a picture and video of the worn out part. They replaced the parts for free! Within 15 minutes of the issue be noticed by me to grabbing the phone and calling and they are sending me replacement parts to keep using my sealer! Incredible service and product! I highly recommend this product as it's served me very well!P.S.*. make a 32" sealer :D

This product does the job that we needed it to do. The 4005 versatility provides many ways to use all bag styles from smooth, textured, and mylar bags, with a workflow that is simple and straightforward. This model has stayed strong for 3 hours of processing without any issues.WaltnKC

This machine lets you use bigger bags than the 11 in. That seems to be standard for most machines and also allows you to use smooth or embossed bags instead of only embossed. (I still think embossed bags are a little easier to work with.) It does not overheat when you're doing a bunch of bags. The seal is substantially thicker and nicer than what most machines make. And customer service with this company is top notch. It's a win all the way around. Go ahead and get one.

This machine was delivered March 2024. I only planned to use embossed bags. It was used every 3-4 months on average and has worked flawlessly until early this year. There was an issue with vacuuming 15 inch bags ( tried a 15 inch bag for the first time in 2025). Reached out to customers service and the issue was resolved in an hour.

Unit has no on / off switch , must be outlet controled..Bag cutter is a light duty fence gate swivelButtons are unresponsive but for the auto- seal which has no manual overide..The vacuum seal melt looks like Elmer's glue had been used.The sealing process requires closing the door by almost standing on it. The opening buttons are just as hard to effect the release without finger sprain..I got no response from the bag type option feature . No response to vacuum duration either..An outstanding example of over supervision without invitations of employee contributions to product cohesion.... too bad!

I was a little apprehensive that Magic Seal could live up to its description. It's the only sealer I found that combines chamber and external/suction features in one unit with a massive 16" seal bar. I was not disappointed, although I must admit it is not perfect but none of them are. It has a cooling motor that stays on all the time and consumes 6 watts of power and makes a quiet but noticeable sound. When I contacted them about this they responded immediately with a very logical explanation that it operates as designed to provide cooling in aggressive use, one of its advertised capabilities. I ended up buying a low cost external on/off extension cord to have a way to power off the machine when not in use. Their customer support was 2nd to none with almost immediate response about this and one other question I had. It also provides excellent support for external jars and accessories via a hose port which is very important to me. It has an automatic and manual mode for vacuuming and sealing with super simple operation as well as adjustment of the sealing duration. It has a very wide and secure seal that was very strong as well as support for smooth bags and liquid soaked food, both of which worked well.Also, the manual is well written, thorough and well organized in large font and proper English unlike many things I buy lately that are impossible to read without a magnifier and difficult to understand. They have designed and brought to market a very solid feeling device with attention to detail in all aspects, especially support which is critical for any appliance.
