Tasty way to get fiber!
Taste is great! I like that there are no extra preservatives or chemicals in the bars. I take them with me when I know I won't be home at lunch time or dinner time. The only thing I don't like is that the bars are so short - not all that much there. They make several flavors, but the Apple-Apricot is my favorite, followed by Cherry. You can't go wrong with those two. You do have to be aware that sometimes hard pieces of the fruit get into the bars.
