Easy to put up

This thing is allegedly easy to put together. Having just had three attempts to feed the metal rings through this thing as per the video and manual instructions I can attest that this is an absolute nightmare. My finger is bleeding from being nipped trying to connect the final poles and to top it off I still haven’t managed. Nothing in the video or instructions to suggest this is a two or more man job and I’m at a loss as to what I’m doing wrong compared to the video. If it wasn’t for the fact we bought the stand which is already up I would be throwing this back in the box and seeking a refund - no swinging tent is worth this much effort and annoyance. Wish I’d just stuck to a normal hammock or tent for the kids. One star because I haven’t been able to assemble yet to use it, the instructions/video don’t suggest more than one person is needed to assemble and I think for the considerable price of this it should not be so difficult to put together. Advise avoid and buy a hammock or normal tent for a fraction of the price and far less hassle.

The customer service is appalling and rude. We bought this cacoon and excitedly used it for a week, using the provided rope to help stabilise the cacoon as suggested. When 1 of the hoops broke withing a week I asked customer service if it was usual. I received a rude reply back and that I should just get it fixed locally as it would only take a minute. Beware, the customer service and the product is not quality, especially at the price!
