This was a total ripoff
This was a present for my daughter!! I went to reboot to factory settings, turns out there is a Toshiba hard drive in my Mac! I feel like I was totally ripped off I know this is a remanufactured but would’ve loved to have known that Apple parts are not used when remanufactured

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER
Received this computer in August. Set it up and things were moving pretty slow. My tech guy at work took a look and helped my adjust some settings to speed things up a bit. We found out that the guts are not Apple parts at all and there’s all kinds of unnecessary garbage installed. Figured I would give the computer a chance since I had a 90-day return policy. Well... things got progressively worse: 1) Battery only lasts 15 min when unplugged 2) Spinny Apple Wheel pops up Constant and things move Ridiculously Slow 3) Restart doesn’t work smoothly 4) Dowloading and Opening ANYTHING takes forever and switching between programs makes the whole damn thing shut down.Reached out the “people” at JemJem for a return/refund and they Complely denied my request saying I was over my return date.Use the money you would spend to take a chance that this may go well for you and put it towards a Certified Apple product from a real store that has humans you can connect with for assistance. I sure wish I would have done that myself :(

Disappointed
I bought the Macbook Pro last November for my son. I knew it was refurbished but thought if I could only get 1 year out of it that was fine with me. I think that is reasonable. The computer broke in the month of June 2020 so I got 8 months out it but my son is starting school and was relying on it so I emailed and emailed but this "EASY MOBILE DEVICES" will not email me back and his voicemail has been going to a full voicemail since June and it is now Aug. Just really disappointed and was hoping for a partial refund as APPLE stop making this model and therefore couldn't assist in repairing a broken mother board since they no longer carry the parts.. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE CHOICE TO FIX IT ON MY OWN. BOO HOO TO THIS COMPANY.

Perfect Laptop for the Price
This is a 2011 MacBook Pro. It came with 4 GB of RAM and a 750 GB 5400 RPM hard drive. The laptop is in prestine condition. It had Sierra macOS installed. It worked right out of the box. I upgraded the RAM to 16 GB, replaced the hard drive with an SSD, and then upgraded macOS to High Sierra. This machine screams now. The extra parts cost me about $80. So the total investment was around $500. I am so happy with my purchase. This has the dual graphics installed so I have about 1 GB of video RAM. This also has the quad core i7 processor. So I feel confident that I can edit photos and small videos without issue. I don't plan on gaming on this machine. It will handle everything I will be throwing at it. I recommend the purchase over a new MacBook Pro if your intent is to do web browsing, photo editing, and office tasks.

Read all information while shopping to get the best fit for your situation.
This was a gift for my daughter. She enjoys it a lot and does some school work on it. I considered it an investment that will be an important tool for her as she gets older.

Great price
Two tiny marks on outer case, works great so far, definitely worth the price compared to the new MacBook Pro 15” laptop

Great!
I love the refurbished items! It’s a great value for a computer that works just as well as it’s brand new counterpart.

If this is the way that they mislead their customers then I would not recommend them to anyone
I was lead to believe that this apple iBook pro was completely refurbished and ready to use when I got it. Instead the screen froze up as soon as I started to set it up. I am really disappointed and more then a little upset with this iBook and the way in which I was lead to believe that this laptop was ready to use when obviously it wasn’t.
