Wow!! Where do I begin? The mattress was packed well and the box was super heavy! Which I liked because to me that hinted that the mattress was good quality. It was wrapped in thick plastic no smell and came with a small slicer to make removing the plastic faster. Super helpful! The mattress inflated fairly quickly. I let it fully inflate for day and a half. I waited a few weeks to do this review. This mattress is a true 12 inch King and is soooo comfortable and I sleep so good. I used to toss and turn on my old bed and my back would hurt. This mattress feels like medium cozy cloud!! Just do it!

This mattress fit perfectly on my queen sized bed stand. It immediately expanded. The mattress stays cool but also traps heat. It is never to cold or to hot. The bed is very soft and stitching is well done. I've had it for a little over a year now and the memory foam is still firm and sturdy. I do have a spot of the edge were the memory foam has lost its firmness, but the spot is heavily used because that is where I sit for game play and painting. The overall appearance is like brand new after a year and is easily transferable from room to room.

So, this mattress is well made and is very comfortable. However, I encounter a problem once inflated. There seems to be a disformed fold line in the center across the middle through the bottom causing a bumb which seems to have to do with shipping method as it is deflated in a vaccume setting. It makes sense to compact this way but then somehow one of the center fold lines never flattened post inflation. It is manageable but inconvenient. I have to be sure to keep that bumb under the middle of my body. It is getting less as it has been used daily about four months. It seems better but it is still there.

I was looking for a new mattress. This mattress was in my price range for right now, also I needed to buy an inexpensive bed frame and needed both items delivered to me as I didn’t have the means to pick anything up. It’s soft but firm. It’s not for chilling and sitting on the sides of it as it doesn’t feel like mattresses I’ve had in the past that were perfectly comfortable doing so, it’s not to bad though as I do sit on the side of it pretty often. I love it and give it 5 stars. I sleep well on it. I don’t feel any depressions or anything poking out. I did wait 48 hours before I even tried to lay on it. I was afraid it would not inflate properly. I opened as instructed and did not touch it for 48 hours. Came out just fine. The instructions say 72 hours but I read online the last day is for the smell if it has any. So I went by that. It came out perfect for me.

I bought this mattress for my 17 year old godson and he loves it. I haven't slept on it but he has slept soundly and comfortably for over two months.The bed arrived in a long box rolled up. It is a heavy box so tow people may be needed to transport. Upon opening the bed is vacuumed sealed in a roll. There is an included cutting tool that will help you slice across the plastic wrap with out harming the mattress.All you need to do is pull the rolled up mattress out of the box and unroll it on the floor or bedframe/boxspring.. once you have the mattress unrolled you can slide the blade across the tip of the mattress plastic cover and the mattress will begin to expand.After the mattress expands you can cut away or pull away the rest of the plastic. The mattress will continue to expand once all plastic is removed.The instructions state that you will need to give the mattress 48-72 hours to fully expand before sleeping in it. However, when we opened ours it expanded immediately and so my godson slept on it that night with out issues. He is small 5'5" and thin so this may not be the case for everyone.Over the past two months the mattress has held shape continues to make my godson happy. When we wash his bedding I can see that the bed still looks brand new with no dips or indentations.The sides of the bed have been mentioned in other reviews as having very little support. I would agree to a certain extent with this comment because if you do apply pressure to the edges they do collapse but only if you apply excess pressure or you are on the heavier side and sit on the edges. This could probably cause the edges to become permanently damaged but my Godson is very light and he sits on the edge quit often when he puts his shoes on and the bed doesn't really even dip. I've also seen his friends do the same and sit on the edges and they are larger and taller and the bed is fine.Just keep in mind this bed is not a serta or sealy and does not have an extra fluffy pillow top like the bigger named brands that aren't sold in a box. But if you're looking for a guest bed or teen bed this is a great option.

If I could give this no stars and return it I would. I bought this for my kids bed and it is awful. Just sitting on it makes my back pain flare up, not to even mention sleeping on it. It’s 10 inches but it may as well be 4 because the second you sit or lay on it you sink right to the bottom of it. There is absolutely no support at all, so if you want to sleep on a lumpy uncomfortable pillow then this is your best bet. It says there’s edge support which is a flat out lie. The edges on this bed are the worst, you’ll literally just slip right off the bed. Do not understand how this has 4.4 stars by no means. Save yourself the trouble

Great mattress! Super comfortable and easy to get set up! I love it and sleep so much better at night!
