The product was not creamy but rather thick. I would have liked it better if it were softer in texture. It made me wonder if it was old. I haven't used it long enough to know if it is effective in repairing the lips.

The Dream Slip by Sara Happ is seriously my favorite lip balm type of product I’ve ever used. It’s part of my daily routine and is a product I always keep on hand and next to the bed at night. Prior to using The Dream Slip, my lips were in a perpetual state of feeling dry or chapped. I always kept something on my lips trying to hydrate and comfort them and some products gave me some relief, but nothing repairs, protects and makes my lips feel as comfortable as The Dream Slip. I’m someone who always likes something on my lips, so I use this every night and as needed during the day. Since using it, my lips are never chapped, sore or cracked (unless I try a new product irritates my lips). This product feels so soothing and comforting to my lips.This simply comes in a pot, and I use my finger to apply it. I love the texture. It’s thick but glides on smoothly and leaves a comforting non-greasy layer on my lips that stays in place and keeps my lips in good condition and feeling hydrated all night. I wake with a layer still on my lips, and my lips feel soft, revived and smooth as they don’t crack or dry out during the night. This isn’t an all natural product, but it doesn’t irritate my lips at all. I’ve tried many lip balms and treatments and most result in sore, irritated or peeling lips. One pot of this balm lasts me about 9 months using it daily, so the $34 price seems reasonable to me for how amazing this makes my lips feel. Love it. 5 stars.

My lips always seem to be peeling, despite how much water I drink or how much chapstick I apply. It makes me self-conscious about wearing lipstick sometimes! I ordered this mask and used it the first night it arrived. I have been AMAZED at how moisturized my lips feel even days later. Definitely recommend!

This lip gloss is a treatment. If you wake up with chapped lips every morning, you won't if you apply this before bed! Daytime chapped is taken care of too. Just apply. It stays on, doesn't absorb in. So the hydration lasts. One pot lasts months and months as you only need a dab.

This lip mask? More like a lip meh. Honestly, for the price, I was expecting some kind of miracle overnight transformation. Instead, I woke up with... lips. Just regular lips. The "gently restore, heal, and renew" claim feels like a stretch. My lips weren't particularly chapped to begin with, but I didn't notice any significant difference in hydration or smoothness after using this for several nights. Maybe if your lips are in dire straits it does something, but for everyday use? Seems completely unnecessary.And the texture? It's fine, I guess. A little thick and slightly sticky, which isn't the most pleasant feeling to have on your lips while you're trying to sleep. I kept feeling like I was going to smear it all over my pillow.
