This is our second piece of Heritage Steel Eater cookware. So far, we are just as pleased with this 3 Qt. saucepan as we are with the frying pan we purchased earlier. The way we cook (and following the Heritage factory recommendations) the food doesn't seem to stick as one might expect. Heating is distributed very evenly and cleanup is pretty much effortless. It makes me wonder why we even bother with the non-stick pans we already have had for years. In addition, I am so happy that we are helping to support our own American workers. That is worth a lot! This time of year I make tons of caramel corn and the 3 Qt. is my go-to size of pan. I am looking forward to using it this month for my "world famous" treat that all of my friends and family look forward to at Christmas.

I was searching in the browser of my Amazon and my wife bought this. I was like "HOW MUCH" The hell! Okay she said made in USA is what she's trying to do. Still though! Okay, so I used it. It's solid construction. Weight is good. Handle is good because it's longer. The weight balance is good. You can certainly tell that this is constructed with quality in mind. So I know that the absurd price is justified. If you buy mass produced millions of times over seas you'll know the differece in quality immediately the first time you use it. Understand that is the price difference of USA vs Other country is that your not MFG millions and millions so the price isn't going to be down what your used to paying. Was my wife right to buy such an expensive pot? Yes, I have no problem after 1 use.

Best pan. Quality and USA made. This has been easy to keep clean and cooks evenly. I love this brand and it's affordable.

Great saucepan but more of a pot; big enough to cook pasta or any other food around that size

Cannot say enough about this brand. If my AllClad D5's are a 10, these are right behind them at a 9 and much more affordable. Smooth, beautiful, and if I may, TEFLON and the TEFLON bits that cook off your pots and pans are going directly into your systems and is it any wonder that we all have cancer. TEFLON IS TERRIBLE. Learn to cook on stainless! It's not an immediate gratification, it takes practice, it takes following stainless steel cooks on TikTok and watching YouTube, once you learn the beauty of cooking (yes! eggs! I can make fried eggs that slide right off the pan with a crispy browned sear on one side!) You'll never ever go back. Enjoy the privilege. Enjoy the work ~

Love this pot. Heavy duty, heats quickly and evenly and made in the US. I'd buy more of the brand if / when I need another pot.

Very high quality. Made in USA!

I like it it's a good quality pan a bit overpriced but it's made in America for some reason I got to pay more for that. however it does tend to mark up easily when you cook with it on the inside and out.

I love this cookware brand. Everything I cook in this pans cooks faster and more delicious. Magic!
