Why don't the pedals rotate with the wheels?

Our pedal has 2 gears. First gear position: The pedal does not control the front wheel and can serve as a footrest. Second gear position: By continuing to insert, the pedal can control the front wheel.

How to adjust the seat belt if it is too tight?

The seat cushion has two different hole positions. The default hole position is the inner hole position. If necessary, you can directly tear off the leather seat cushion and adjust it to the previous hole position.
