Worked well at first but less than a year on, the blender no longer works. It is still under warranty and I've emailed Ritus but have not heard back since over a week. I would like a replacement ASAP pls. Thx ____________________________________ UPDATE: April 2026 After around 10-12 days, Ritus got back to me and asked me to send a video of the product not working. I did and they agreed to send a new replacement. I was happy with the swift replacement process but when the new set arrived it was missing the frother, the plastic blender blade protector and the cup lid. I emailed again and they swiftly sent me the missing items. Overall, I'm satisfied with the replacement process. Love the cordless function, powerful and easy to use.

I purchased this immersion blender for our vacation home in January of 2025 and used it for 3 months before we left for the summer. Upon returning the battery was dead (discharged) and won't recharge. Its out of its return window with amazon and there's no company contact information. I would buy a new battery if that were possible. I wouldn't buy this again because the battery cannot be recharged if it is fully discharged. Otherwise the product is a good product.

I got what looks like an incredible immersion blender last year around the holidays. I was very excited to use it today, but I found that there was no user guide in the box. I thought, “So what? How hard could it be to use an immersion blender? I have a Braun in my drawer that has worked continuously for 35 years, no problems.” so when I go online, I’m told by the Amazon AI that this company actually does not provide an online user guide or online instructions for how to use the unit. This really should not be an issue except that there are two buttons that appear to do two different things, but it is not even remotely obvious which does which. I am not a Luddite by any stretch of that definition, but I absolutely cannot make this immersion blender. Do anything more than it’s lowest speed
