The best travel iron
This is great! The quality is beyond expectations; it even came with a heat protector pad and a perfect little bag for everything to go in. The iron is light and small, but effective. I didn’t use the steam feature; however, the iron worked great. The handles are unique and made me a little apprehensive that I would get burned. Once it heated up and I used one time, it was very easy to use and I had no issues. Cooling took awhile, but most irons do. I would unplugged and go about my day. Definitely would not wait until the morning you are leaving to iron. AND it’s dual voltage! I did not even think about that when I bought it! Very grateful for that surprise!

Great little compact iron for travel
I purchased this because we travel a ton in the summer and mostly on boats. I've bought the portable steamers which are lightweight and work pretty decent but they leave your clothes wet and who has time for that?! This little iron is well made and incredibly compact. I love how the handle collapse's down to store with less bulk. It heats very quickly and has ironed everything I've used it on with ease. It's also great that it comes with a travel case which should be a no brainer but not all brains think alike. With that said, I gave it 4 stars for 3 reasons. The silicone grip pad it comes with to rest the iron on is GENIUS but its literally the same size as the iron so you need to be very cognizant that you put the iron directly on the pad so you don't burn whatever you've chosen to iron over i.e.: a towel, bed spread etc. The second drawback is as fast as it heats up which is great, it takes a long time to cool off which is another reason you need to make sure the iron is put strategically over the silicone pad* Lastly, I do find it to weigh a little more than I'd like. Although its very compact and small it does have a little weight to it which will be a factor when packing to go on a plane. Other than those small drawbacks, its a great product and I would buy again

Good
Compact Travel Iron That Delivers — Great for Trips! I recently purchased this Newbealer Travel Iron (Dual Voltage) for an upcoming trip and I’m really pleased with it so far. Here’s what stood out: What I liked: • The dual voltage (100-240V) capability means I can use it both at home and abroad without worrying about compatibility. • Compact and lightweight design (about 6″ x 3″ x 1.3″, ~0.95 lbs) so it fits easily in my suitcase or carry-on. • The ceramic non-stick soleplate glides smoothly over fabric, and it heats up quickly (to around 302°F / 150°C) so I don’t waste time. • It comes with useful travel accessories like a spray bottle for tricky wrinkles and a heat-resistant stand/pouch which add real value.

Hot & Sassy
I'm a Quilter. This iron heats up so hot, you won't need the spray bottle it comes with. Presses seams very well. It has a good weight to it. It was a learning curve to fit my hand on it compared to other brands I've used. I got so many compliments and love the accessories like bag, silicone pad, and bottle. Perfect for my classes and fits well in my sewing machine tote. Plan to unplug it, at least 20 minutes, before you pack up as this little sucker is hot. I'd buy this again or as gifts for other quilters.

Great for traveling
Super simple, lightweight and small so VERY portable. The bag is nice and holds everything with a room to spare for other small things. The small water bottle that it comes with is also very convenient and has not leaked water yet. It also gets really hot and iron the clothes nicely. It is small so it takes a bit to iron everything, but it is meant to be portable.

Portable and Handy, But Just Barely Gets the Job Done
Product: Newbealer Travel Iron Used for: 5 months Key Features: – Compact and easy to pack, perfect for travel – Simple to use, even for quick touch-ups – Decent build quality for a budget-friendly device Ratings: Quality: The build feels okay—nothing premium, but solid enough for a travel iron. The handle could be more refined, and overall, it feels a bit cheap, but not fragile. Rating: 4/5 Performance: This is where it falls short. It heats up very slowly and doesn’t do a great job on wrinkles. It’s fine for very light touch-ups, but don’t expect sharp, crisp results. That said, the handle design makes it easy to maneuver. Rating: 3/5 Value: While the price isn’t outrageous, it still feels a bit high for what it delivers. If you’re on a strict budget and need a travel iron urgently, it could do the trick—but you might be better off investing in something more effective. Rating: 3/5 Pros: – Super portable and easy to pack – Straightforward to use, even for beginners – Build quality is decent for the price Cons: – Heats up slowly and doesn’t iron very effectively – Handle feels a bit cheap and could be better designed – Feels a little overpriced for what it offers Summary: The Newbealer Travel Iron is compact and convenient, which makes it appealing for travel. But its performance is pretty underwhelming. It’s okay for the occasional quick press, but if you need crisp results or efficiency, you’ll likely be frustrated. Not a bad backup option, but not a standout either. Overall Rating: 3/5 Disclaimer: This review is based on my personal experience using the product. I'm not an expert—just sharing my honest thoughts to help others make an informed decision.

Compra ideal y muy práctica! El diseño es muy bonito y la plancha cumple perfectamente su función. Lo que también me ha gustado es que viene con accesorios (estuche, spray de agua y suela para dejarlo calentar/enfriar sin quemar ninguna superficie)

Good heat, glides well, packs away neatly. Irons like an iron should, it’s very light and easier on the wrists than my full sized iron. I like the on/off button feature that doesn’t force me to unplug each time when I need to use it again in 10-20 minutes. It works very well for sewing projects and fabrics that don’t require a delicate setting.
