Works but hurts
It works well, readings seem accurate, but every time I used it , it left a new skin tear mark. Never had a cuff do that before. I only tightened it enough to get a proper reading but ouch. I measured my arm before ordering and there is plenty room to spare. There is a flap on the inside with the metal bar that may be what's pinching, it's not a completely smooth inside.

Crystal Clear Readings for the Family
Finally, a blood pressure monitor that understands what clarity means! The large, easy-to-read LED display has been a godsend for my parents; they can actually see the numbers without squinting or guessing. The adjustable cuff is perfect too – it's surprisingly gentle on my arm and adjusts with ease to fit just right. The best part? It automatically takes three readings, making sure I get a more precise picture of my health, and having that arrhythmia detection is quite the bonus. It's so simple to operate - just a button press and you're off! Though I had to replace the included batteries sooner than expected, it's a small gripe for such a reliable health companion. It even comes with its own little pouch, so it's not going to become one of those dust-gathering devices in the closet!
