The product is simply amazing. Quality of the product is very good.The Grenaro customer service team is truly amazing! When I encountered some technical issues with this microphone, they not only explained the problems in detail but also provided options for replacement or return. Hello, first of all. I am really happy to see this kind of customer service. I read this thing in books during engineering. I appreciate your service. I bought the S12 because It was newly released and I thought there were some upgrades. But I was very disappointed with the quality. But the design and look of the microphone are so good.Customer support helped me and they provided me J13 microphone. Still, I will say the quality is okay or maybe at this price you will get this only. I will give 5/5 to customer support. Microphone - 3.5/5

Sound quality is not very good but it's okay to use in videoWhile voice overing my video especially minivlogs it works good just you have to do is to off the fan for good voice over otherwise fan Sound comes not very much but comes.Value for money?, no it's prize must be in range of 1000 or 1200 when I buyed it it was 1700.Mics and the connecter built in quantity is nice.For versatility you can use it indoor is better than using it outdoor because it doesn't do more noise cancel.Good to use for youtuber voice over indoor vlogs I will suggest not to buy if if you are making an outdoor video or you making vlog in house just say loud in house and for outdoor just buy something elseIt's very easy to use.My rating 3.2/5

No noise reduction
The media could not be loaded. And with normal camera and my camera also no noise reduction and background lots of noise is coming after my videos.

Disappointing Sound Quality
I was quite hopeful about this wireless mic, but it fell short of expectations. The main issue is the sound quality. Despite the convenience of being wireless, the audio output is tinny and often distorted. I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone seeking reliable sound performance.
