What I like about this product, that it is lightweight, you can listen to a radio station. The colors are vibrant. This is not your ordinary bluetooth speaker. The sounds are crystal clear. You can take it with you anywhere. When plug, it charges your phone. Check out the back side. It has a place where you can plug in a headphone, you can play your own personal music by inserting SD card

Set up is confusing
Set up instructions confusing and complicated. Called for tech support and told to watch the video. Customer service poor. Called for tech support. Got the run around. Poor customer service

Only works when plugged in
Only works when charged. Don't know if that's how it's supposed to be. Otherwise, sound out of it is excellent, and charges my phone just fine as long as I take it out of the case.
