Works really well
I have had this now for about 6 weeks and I really like it when my low back starts to hurt. I put this on and within 30 minutes my back feels so much better. It is also nice to wear when outside doing yard work. My only issue is that it is not comfortable wearing right next to the skin. It moves alot and during the warmer months, it causes alot of sweat. It fits really well for me directly on the skin, but when I need to wear it over my clothing, it is now quite tight and I wish I had the next larger size. My pain is lower back and this is a bit hard to get comfortable on the lower back as it slips upward and then is not resting on my pain. I do believe it is better designed for to fit a bit higher than I need it.

Pain is gone, it works for me!
Received the belt yesterday, put it on straightaway, and the pain that has been bothering me (due to disc problems on my lower back) for almost a decade has disappeared within an hour after wearing this belt, so today I'm wearing it all day, it reduces the pain level on my lower back by 95%. My lower back pain isn't due to muscle strain, it's damaged discs (spondylosis) of the spine from years of "wear and tear", there is no cure as long as I ever need to bend my back and when I can't remain a perfect posture, the pain will always come back, but with this product now I have a hope that I don't have to suffer the pain 24/7 anymore. I recommend this belt to anyone has back pain, don't waste money on the cheaper options, I have tried them before, nothing worked.
