Adhesion is impressive. Once you know what you are doing you can put this up yourself. Good Quality. A bit pricy but still value for money

Exactly what it says it is.
Great adhesive and easy to use. It’s not quite as heavy duty as a kickboard should be but it’s cheap so that goes hand in hand.

Quick and easy way to install "new" baseboard under kitchen cabinets
Easy to work with, especially if your surfaces are square and in decent shape. Mine are not -- previous condo owner apparently had a flood in the kitchen long enough to warp/rot the wooden baseboards under the cabinets. So I had to do some shimming, but it was easier for me than installing new wood. Looks good.
