EHP LABS OxyShred Healthy Energy Drink - Zero Sugar Energy Drinks with Amino Acids, Green Tea Extract, Vitamin C & L Carnitine - Zero Carbs, Zero Calories, Clean Caffeine, Bahama Breeze (12-Pack)

The product itself is great I just wish they put a fragile or this side up sticker(s) on the packaging because there are always 2 or 3 cans banged up to the point you can't really open them

Love Oxyshred and Love this flavor! Gives such a great burn and energy! My favorite workout supplement.

The flavor on this stuff is actually quite good.

It taste great, clean, low sodium but very high caffeine. I definitely crashed and felt very tired and fatigue after a couple hours. It does give you that quick rush. Which can be beneficial for pre workouts especially after a long work day. I don’t mind the taste. To me it tastes like energy drink. But it does have a lot of caffeine in it which can disturb your sleep cycle. And prevent you from getting that deep sleep that is much needed for recovery. Especially after a hard workout. So if you’re going to drink it. Ideally do it beginning of your day then end. Although it has zero sugar to no sugar, very low sodium with very high caffeine intake. There’s a lot of non natural ingredients. Unlike coffee where you can control what you put in it. But out of all the energy drinks I tried. This one is definitely one I would recommend. Just wouldn’t recommend it everyday.

This drink keeps me focused. Works as a pre workout or an energy drink. Zero jitters and zero crash. Tastes great and comes in many flavors. The price seemed high but when I priced it per its less than $2.50 which is what i paid when I bought two rockstars for $5.00.
