Heavy & good I have the round and the rectangle great for everything. You can imagine steaks burgers, grilled cheese fish it’s on.

Very even cooking across the entire surface.

EVERYTHING STICKS - burgers, bacon, and eggs. It is hard to clean, doesn't fit well on my stove or in my oven, and doesn't heat evenly. It is so shallow that grease gets on the bottom of the pan. I was concerned about a grease fire. It is so not worth the price. Amazon, can I get a refund?

I have always wanted this griddle, but in my former house my induction cooktop had an adjacent pop-up fan which prevented the griddle plus its handle from fitting. Now I am in a new house and measurements confirmed that this griddle would fit on my induction cooktop. I just got it and I was right - it fits! BUT - the instructions say to season it in the oven before using it. I have a full sized oven and still, the griddle DOES NOT FIT IN THE OVEN! Nor does it fit in any of my cabinets or drawers; it is too wide. I suppose I could use my pellet grill for seasoning and storing, but if only Made In had thought about fitting the grill in a standard oven and cabinet seasoning and storing would be a lot easier. I like the way the griddle heats up fast and evenly. After a few uses food still sticks on a bit, but it is getting better with each use. The griddle is heavier than I expected, but it is easy to clean and keep dry. Bottom line - it cooks well but handling is challenging.

Made In can do no wrong. This carbon steel griddle is perfect on the grill outside or on your stovetop. I've used it a ton of times. Cleaning it is easy, and I much prefer this over the Blackstone I used to have. It gives a great sear to steaks, smash burgers with the burger press and grilled or steamed veggies if you use a dome cover.

Looks to be a nicely made griddle. It is technically universal but it gets hotspots very very bad from coil style heating elements. I watched it with a FLIR Infrared camera and saw that right outside of the hot spot there was a 30 degree temperature difference. It would probably work really well on a gas stove. The weight of it was nice and I like the handles. Comes with a nice storage bag. Smaller than I was expecting for the price, guess I should of read the description a little closer. Definitely recommend to season it before use. It does come pre seasoned but it looks like it all burns off really really quick. Looks easy to clean

Great quality product! Heat distribution and ease of cleaning is excellent once appropriately seasoned. Highly recommend getting the Made In seasoning wax.

what beautiful quality and fantastic addition to the kitchen ... great on gas... great on induction and i will be using it on the BBQ as well ... very happy with purchase and the quality of the item itself...

This is an amazing quality griddle. It sits flat to my stove and fits it perfectly and offers great even cooking. My old non stick griddle didn't sit flush to my burners and the food was difficult to cook food well on since it lacked even heat distribution. Plus the non stick stopped working within a few times of using it. Not with carbon steel. It gets seasoned over time, looks so nice I keep it out all the time and worth the investment. I did purchase the leather handles off the website but it was so worth it! I would recommend it to the home chef

I had an issue with the order and had to communicate several times with the seller. They were friendly and helpful throughout and reassured me that if I wasn’t totally happy that I could return the product for a full refund. I am happy to say that the quality of the griddle pan is great and fits well across the two gas burners. Looking forward to making smash burgers.

Fantastic for meal peeping it can cook anything and everything! Nice to be able to have so much room to cook on. I've been using it on my induction cooktop and maybe on the barbecue as well makes a great plancha!
