Comfortable
Good quality chair. Only drawback is takes quite some time to fix the pieces together (about 30 mins or so)

cost performance is not so good, especially for Chinese who live abroad. but the quality is acceptable.

Horrible quality
It's horrible in terms of quality and back support, it even caused me a serious lower back pain because of It's wrong dimensions for the human body, it doesn't fit people more than 170 cm, hand supports are too short and head support is useless while the cushion is not comfortable at all and too wide so it keeps you far from the back support and hands support.. I really regret buying such a product with this price
