A simple but effective product.

I haven't gotten round to using mine yet, but from the look and feel of them they look like they'll do the job I got them for, and they will last for some time too. Overall, they're fair value for money and a discreet way to prevent access to, or keep open.

I bought these to put on some internal doors that have roller catches to prevent my toddler from being able to open doors to rooms they should be restricted from. These screw into wooden doors and door frames easily and are strong enough to hold doors closed when a child is trying to push them open. Be sure to align the hook and eye properly as the hook will bounce up and out of the eye if it is sitting slightly lower. Would definitely buy these again. Value for money, not too noticeable, sturdy.

We bought these as we had new doors fitted with handles without locks. As an interim solution we used these to allow the bathroom doors to be locked. We also made use of them on the side gate; preventing couriers from opening the gate to leave parcels in random places (and failing to shut the gate behind them). Although not the most substantial of units, they screw tightly in to wood and offer a suprising level of stength. Fitting is a cinch, the item arrived in just a couple of days and they are excellent value for money.

The hooks are tiny and the screw fittings aren't particularly sturdy but for the low price they are adequate

Very sturdy. Small and discreet. Very good value. Retriever puppy can push doors open, but one of these hooks is tough enough to stop him. I drilled pilot holes then screwed in the hook and eye with no problems. Very happy.

Nice, sturdy little hooks. Using for bedroom door as it does not close properly anymore. Easy to install. And have 4 in a pack for small amount of money.
