One of the Best Value XLR Condenser Mics you can buy
The RØDE NT1 is honestly one of the best value XLR condenser mics you can buy at this price if you want clean professional warm sounding vocals without spending a ton on a meta mic like the Shure SM7B. The first thing you will notice while using this microphone is how well it rejects background noise around your room due to its cardioid pattern, which means the hiss is non existent. Sound wise, the mic is great for singing and voice overs because the mic does a fantastic job at focusing your voice in the front of the mic. Because it rejects noise from the sides and the back, this helps a lot if your room is not sound proofed, and the tone is not harsh or overly tinny sounding. Your plosives like P/BS are basically non existent if you use proper mic techniques. Overall, the Rode NT1 sounds way more expensive than it actually is. I can easily recommend this mic to anyone as a solid long term investment. Another thing I find incredible is how light the overall microphone actually is while not feeling super cheap or flimsy. It is a solidly built microphone and looks hella clean while sounding professional. While it is an XLR mic, it will need an interface for phantom power. The mic itself comes with a lot of accessories including a solidly built shock mount and a 20FT XLR cable. The setup is simple you simply just screw the mic into the shock mount though it might be a little hard the first time but gets easier the more you do it. Overall for the money, this is a great purchase. I've even had compliments in calls of how good my audio sounds since I use proper EQ settings as well.

Just buy it. You can't go wrong.
Great Mic. Lovely sound. I use Reaper and it pairs well. Great value for the money. Default sound profile is neutral and flat. I just use ChatGPT to create different sound profiles for Reaper and it sounds great.

Massively raised our home-recording game
My wife is a classically trained singer and we do a lot of home recording. Simple stuff, mostly demos, but we want it to sound good, and this mic is a massive improvement over the desktop USB mic we had been using. Recording a classical singer means having to deal with huge swings in dynamics, and this thing captures her at her softest and loudest with great clarity and no distortion. The shock-proof mount and pop shield are very good and it's nice to not have to get them separately. Fits onto a standard mic stand just as you would expect, plugs right into my little audio interface and gives stellar results in GarageBand and Logic Pro. Recommended!

Amazing Sound Quality Perfect for Singing
I’ve been using the RØDE NT1 Signature Series for singing and recording, and I’m really impressed with the quality. My voice sounds clear, warm, and detailed, and it gives my recordings a much more professional studio sound. The microphone is connected to my Focusrite sound card feels very solid and well-made, and I love that it comes with useful accessories like the shock mount and pop filter. The sound is incredibly clean with very little microphone noise, which makes a noticeable difference when recording vocals. It’s been great for singing, Tiktok live, voiceovers, and home recording. For the price, I think the quality is excellent. If you’re looking to upgrade your recording setup and want clean, professional-sounding vocals, I definitely recommend the RØDE NT1 Signature Series!

A Quality Microphone with Quality Sound
High quality audio, incredibly adjustable sensitivity, a really strong microphone overall, and durable. I bought the RODE boom arm to mount it with, and it fits like a dream. It will work for any computer with a audio interface with it, so it's super compatible, as far as that goes. My wife and I have been super pleased with this purchase, and as singers, it has changed the trajectory of our music. We upgraded from a Blue ICE microphone, and haven't looked back.

Perfect for my recording and streaming setup!
I recently upgraded to the RØDE NT1 Signature Series Condenser Microphone with SM6 Shockmount and Pop Filter, and it has been a significant improvement over my previous Deity VO-7U. Sound Quality: The RØDE NT1, connected to my Scarlett Solo 2i2 4th generation, delivers incredibly lifelike sound. The clarity and detail are outstanding, making my recordings sound much closer to real life compared to the Deity mic. The NT1 captures the nuances of my voice beautifully, providing a rich and natural sound. Build Quality and Design: The microphone has a sleek black finish and feels solid and well-built. The included SM6 shockmount and pop filter are excellent additions, effectively reducing unwanted vibrations and plosive sounds. The overall design is professional and fits seamlessly into my recording setup. Ease of Use: Setting up the RØDE NT1 was straightforward. The shockmount and pop filter were easy to attach, and connecting the mic to my Scarlett Solo 2i2 was a breeze. The microphone is user-friendly and works perfectly with my existing equipment. Performance: The NT1 excels in various recording scenarios, from vocals to instruments. Its low self-noise and high sensitivity make it a versatile and reliable choice for any recording task. The sound quality is consistent and impressive, making it a standout microphone in its class. Conclusion: Overall, the RØDE NT1 Signature Series Condenser Microphone is a fantastic upgrade for anyone looking to enhance their recording quality. It offers lifelike sound, excellent build quality, and ease of use. Highly recommended for podcasters, musicians, and content creators! Pros: Incredibly lifelike sound quality Solid build and sleek design Effective shockmount and pop filter included Easy setup and compatibility with Scarlett Solo 2i2 Versatile performance for various recording scenarios Cons: Requires a quiet environment for optimal quality If a quiet environment isn't possible, you can use NVIDIA Broadcast to reduce background noise

For the price, its a solid mic. Nothing crazy. Only get if you don't allready have a decent mic.
Honestly, its good, but if allready have something like a bluebird or MXL 990, just use what you have. Barley hear a difference at all its so little that its not even noticeable by the time you throw some reverb on and effects. Does the job, good price, but if you allready have something decent, just stick with what you have. I prefer the sound of my 990, but this is not a bad mic. Goes great with my scarlette box. But ya, nothing special, just a decent mic. Price range does make it great thats fs. It will keep up with blubird which is more expensive, but so will the 990, so ya, it will sit on my shelf as a back up.

Wonderful sounding Microphone
The best $200.00 I have spent in years, it excels at clarity and warmth. I used a generic MC-01 condenser and AKG D770 dynamic microphone, and both sound very muffled in comparison. I am extremely impressed.

Daher habe ich was Neues benötigt. So mancher hört keinen Unterschied.
